Tender review
What should we check before deciding to bid?
Extract requirements, flag gaps against your capabilities and prepare clarification points. Your team retains the bid decision.
CONSULTING · PROTOTYPING · INTEGRATION
Consulting, bespoke prototyping and integration for maritime and industrial teams. Built around your work, your data and your constraints.

Fictional specification
« The intervention is required to start within four weeks of the order. The response must include a mobilisation schedule. »
For the team to verify before use.
Fictional examples with scripted answers. No AI model or server call. Offline mode is simulated in the onboard example; it does not disconnect your device.
01 / Applications
Maritime, subsea, engineering and industry: examples of needs to explore with your teams, using your documents and ways of working.
Tender review

Technical documentation
Search your manuals, procedures and lessons learned. Find the source passage and identify what the documents cannot establish.
Operational preparation
Cross-check project scope, available resources and procedures to prepare a checklist for the relevant specialists to validate.
02 / Engagements
A defined scope, agreed deliverables and acceptance criteria before work starts.
Identify useful applications and decide what is worth building.
Test a working tool on a defined task with your teams.
Put the selected tool into use and hand it over to your teams.
An engagement can end with advice. Moving from prototype to deployment depends on the results and your decision.
03 / Maritime Edge AI
A particular area of expertise: designing AI tools for vessels and remote sites. Documents and processing can stay on site, without a permanent connection or transfer to a public AI service.
Offline operation must be verified across the whole system: hardware, models, data and access. The scope is defined with your teams.
Local models, source-backed document retrieval and structured operational data. Edge hardware, access rights and synchronisation are sized for the task. Private cloud remains an option where the constraints allow it.
Agents access only approved tools and data. IT and industrial control networks (OT) remain segmented; critical functions do not depend on an LLM. Sensitive actions require human approval.
LLMs orchestrate. Deterministic tools compute. Models predict. Humans retain authority.
Local deployment alone does not guarantee security: access, networking, storage, backups and system administration also matter.
